DEVELOPMENT: EXPERIENCE: Nelson Capital Development, Inc. (NCD) has purchased, rehabilitated, developed, and managed residential real estate in the Chautauqua County area. It was the sponsor/Developer for the Charlotte Villa Phase1 and Phase 11, in Sinclairville, New York, the Carroll Manor 1 & 11 , in Frewsburg, New York, and The Collins Manor, in Ripley,New York. These are elderly housing projects funded and subsidized by the USDA Rural Development and New York State Department of Housing and Community Renewal, and private equity investment. NCD is the Managing General Partner of each of the Limited Partnerships that owns the different housing projects.
NCD was also the sponsor/developer/managing general partner for the 832 Foote Avenue Limited Partnership. This partnership was closed in 2004 following the sale of the property at 832 Foote Avenue, Jamestown, New York 14701.
